Collections & Recovery Officer (Tagalog & Arabic Speakers)

Mandatory – Debt Collection & Recovery experience, Compliance and Regulatory knowledge. Tagalog & Arabic Speakers preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of overdue/delinquent accounts

• Contact customers and negotiate payment plans and settlements

• Resolve billing/payment disputes and support customers facing financial difficulties

• Escalate complex cases to legal teams and external recovery partners

• Maintain accurate collection records and ensure regulatory compliance

• Track collection KPIs and contribute to improving recovery strategies
