Overview

We are looking for a Debt Collector who is organized, persistent and confident professional to support our Accounts Receivable team by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and cheques. If you are a self-starter, go-getter and a professional who thrives on achieving result, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Coordinate the collection of post-dated cheques and other payment instruments.
• Visit customers, when required, to collect cheques and payments.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure payments are received on time.
• Update collection records and provide daily status reports.
• Escalate unresolved or disputed accounts to the Accounts Receivable team.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while representing the company positively.
• Ensure all collections are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, sales or a similar field is an advantage but not essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Outlook and data entry).
• Ability to work independently and manage daily collection schedules.
• Valid UAE motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
• Honest, reliable and goal oriented.
