We are seeking for Command Center Analyst Position

Position Details:

Command Center Analyst (3 Month Onsite Assignment)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite required)

Engagement Type: Contract 3 months (Extendable)

Start Date: Immediate / As soon as available

Yrs of Exp: Min 2+ years of relevant experience

Job Description:

Frontline operations staff handling real-time monitoring, triage, and first-response actions per SOPs.

Monitor dashboards, queues, and health indicators.

Validate alerts, create incidents, perform Tier 1 triage.

Execute standard runbooks (restart services, clear cache, failover).

Escalate to Shift Lead/Resolver Groups; maintain accurate logs and comms.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain situational awareness; proactive detection.

Provide timely updates in incident tickets and comm channels.

Participate in PIR inputs and shift handovers.

Well-documented tickets; accurate shift logs; triage notes; update broadcasts.

Requirements:

25 years in NOC/Helpdesk/Operations

Familiarity with monitoring tools.

ITIL Foundations

Strong communication Skills.

Readiness for 247 shifts.
