We are seeking an experienced The Command Center Manager will own and lead the Command Center (NOC/IOCC) function, ensuring 247 operational visibility, rapid incident response, streamlined collaboration, and adherence to SLAs. This role is responsible for establishing processes, driving operational excellence, leading major incident governance, and working closely with business and technology leadership to ensure service continuity and performance.

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite)

Contract : 3 months, (extendable)

Experience : 2+ years

Candidates open to relocate to Riyadh are welcome.

Purpose of the Role

• Own the Command Center function to ensure continuous operations, real-time monitoring, and high-quality service management.
• Drive proactive incident handling, communication, and SLA adherence.
• Lead improvements across processes, automation, and operational governance.

Requirements

• 1012+ years of experience in IT Operations, NOC, SRE, or Command Center environments.
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, Major Incident Management, and service operations practices.
• Hands-on experience with observability platforms, monitoring tools, cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and crisis leadership skills.
• Proven track record in operational governance, continuous improvement, and driving automation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure, 247 operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Command Center KPIs and service outcomes.
• Ensure real-time situational awareness and rapid response to incidents.
• Sponsor Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and drive systemic remediation.
• Oversee budget, vendor relationships, and monitoring/tooling ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BCP), and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high-quality communication during Major Incidents.
• Promote continuous improvement across Command Center functions.
