About the Role

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role for a seasoned SaaS sales professional looking to enter or expand their presence in the Middle East market. As a New Markets Account Executive, you'll be responsible for owning and growing a greenfield commercial territory. You'll work across a cutting-edge suite of cloud solutions, targeting new logo acquisition and driving strategic pipeline development in a defined geography. The role offers strong career development potential, a fast track to enterprise sales, and a competitive compensation package tailored to high performers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle sales efforts, from territory planning and prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Own and expand pipeline across new commercial accounts in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with solution specialists, technical teams, and leadership to drive value-led sales motions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver against aggressive revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of success in SaaS or cloud software sales, with a strong record of new business acquisition.
  • Prior experience selling into emerging markets, ideally with UAE/GCC client familiarity.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial segment and ability to sell across multiple personas.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to plan, adapt, and execute account-based approaches in new markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • UAE-based with a valid driving license; Arabic is a plus but not required.
