About the Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team at Digital Future Middle East, a fast-moving cloud solutions provider. This role is ideal for a proactive, client-facing professional who thrives in managing the commercial side of customer relationships, including pricing, proposals, contractual, and procurement engagement. You'll work directly with customer stakeholders to help drive deal closure, manage proposal lifecycles, and ensure a smooth handover from technical validation to commercial execution.

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will work closely with our Technology Solutionsteams to align with customer business and technical objectives, drive decision-making, and lead the commercial process toward successful deal closure. You will engage with procurement, finance, and key stakeholders to ensure timely contractual alignment, purchase order issuance, and smooth commercial execution.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role with occasional in-person presence at our Abu Dhabi or Dubai offices, as well as travel within the UAE for client meetings and events. The rest of the time is remote, with flexible hours aligned with business and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the commercial relationship with assigned customer accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, pricing structures, and commercial offers that reflect customer needs and approved solution scopes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for procurement teams, finance stakeholders, and business decision-makers, ensuring clarity and responsiveness throughout the commercial cycle.
  • Lead all commercial follow-ups including purchase orders, contract signatures, compliance documentation, and internal coordination for deal execution.
  • Work closely with technology solutions teams to ensure proposals are aligned with the validated solution and client expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's procurement process, contractual preferences, and buying cycles to proactively manage timelines.
  • Track and manage all commercial activities in CRM tools, maintaining visibility and reporting accuracy across the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, operations) to ensure all proposals meet internal compliance and profitability guidelines.
  • Support ongoing client relationship development by providing professional, consistent communication and being a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes and proposal standards based on customer feedback and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • 25 years of experience in a customer-facing sales, account management, or commercial role, preferably in the IT, cloud, or technology sector.
  • Proven ability to manage commercial relationships with customers, including procurement, finance, and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing models, and proposal development in a B2B technology environment.
  • Experience with contract negotiation, purchase order follow-ups, and managing proposal timelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across multiple customer stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deals and commercial activities in parallel.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience in the cloud or digital transformation industry.
  • Exposure to working alongside technical presales or solution architects.
