One of the well-known Real estate companies in Qatar is currently hiring for The Director, Marketing & Commercial.
About the Role
He/she will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership of company's revenue generating departments.
The primary objective is to drive sales & leasing of assets to achieve organizational revenue goals through high value lead generation, enhancing investor relations and leading the narrative for flagship mixed use, residential and commercial developments in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Designing and executing aggressive sales plans for off-plan and ready to move in luxury assets, focusing on high velocity absorption.
- Leading the commercial, residential, and retail leasing strategy, focusing on high profile corporate tenants and anchor retail brands to secure long -terms recurring income.
- Defining unique value propositions for diverse assets, from ultra luxury development to sustainable smart city districts.
- Establishing dynamic pricing models and payment plans that respond to market fluctuations.
- Manage the phased release of units to the market to maintain price premiums and exclusivity.
- Generating leads through shifting marketing focus toward conversion prioritizing digital performance, SEO/ SEM, and targeted CRM campaigns through high impact digital campaigns.
- Implementation and optimization of CRM and marketing automation tools to track the customer journey from lead to handover.
- Utilizing market intelligence and data analytics to adjust strategies based on shifting buyer behavior and economic trends in the market.
- Identifying and penetrating key international markets to attract foreign direct investment into Qatar's real estate sector.
- Holding creative and media agencies accountable to strict KPIs.
- Building and incentivizing a massive global and local network of real estate brokers to expand company's reach.
- Personally leading negotiations for bulk sales, whole floor commercial leases, and strategic government level contracts.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in real estate sales and leasing with min. of 8 years in senior leadership role.
- MBA or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrable success in delivering over QR 1 billion in annual sales revenue within GCC or international luxury markets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential, commercial, and retail assets classes.
- Should be strong ability to interpret feasibility studies, P&L statements, and cash flow projections.
- Expert level understanding of CRM software like Salesforce, Oracle.
- Deep understanding of Qatar/ GCC real estate laws and investment linked regulations.
- Language proficiency – English. Arabic preferred.
- Relentless focus on hitting targets and finalizing contracts.
- Ability to pivot sales tactics as per market demand shifts.
- Ability to represent the brand at highest level of international business.
