We're Hiring | Partnerships & Commercial Executive at ISOS Healthcare Management Consultancy, Alexandria Branch.
ISOS Healthcare Management Consultancy is a fast-growing regional firm operating across Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, specializing in healthcare strategy, accreditation readiness, operational excellence, and digital transformation (including our flagship SaaS platform AccrediGo). We work closely with hospitals, clinics, health authorities, investors, and governmental bodies to elevate healthcare quality and business performance across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify, build, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations.
Plan and manage corporate events, conferences, workshops, and official ceremonies.
Own and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet partner needs.
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
Prepare proposals, commercial presentations, and partnership contracts.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings.
Coordinate partnerships with governmental and semi-governmental agencies, including initiatives, tenders, and joint programs.
What we're looking for:
- minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or commercial roles (preferably healthcare/consulting)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and strategic thinker.
