Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial and Tender Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include managing commercial and tendering activities, preparing and submitting tender documents, analyzing bids, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The role also requires business planning to support company goals, fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing contracts related to various projects, and leading a team to achieve organizational targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Commercial Management and Business Planning
• Excellent Contract Management and understanding of legal terms in the construction industry
• Proven experience in Analytical Skills to assess bids and project viability
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively with excellent Team Management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and a solid understanding of construction industry practices
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field (MBA is a plus)
• Prior experience in tendering, procurement, or commercial management, preferably within the construction sector
