Commercial Associate Manager - LHH | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt
Role Summary
The Associate Manager Commercial is responsible and accountable for driving Sales for E-Commerce in all Light household categories. The role includes managing profit and loss, overseeing product availability on online platforms in line with brand strategy, analyzing and forecasting product trends, ensuring adequate stock levels, and timely publishing of online product leaflets.
ROLE PROFILE
- Responsible for effective price negotiation with the collaboration of the merchandising team to ensure best prices, exclusive deals, and large quantity of goods in three main Departments: fresh, CG and DPH
- Deliver selection, profitability, and sales targets by leading the business segment on the needs of the customer and identifying suitable opportunities for the category
- eEnsure evaluation of product availability on the online platforms in line with the company's overall brand strategy and needs.
- Liaise and work closely with the replenishment, last mile and BC etc., to ensure that all products are available on the online platforms and have sufficient stock is available all the times.
- Ensure that the online leaflet for all the products are available and published on the online platforms in a timely manner.
- Optimize process flows to improve in-stock and forecast accuracy in online retail ordering
- Drive the categories in both top line and bottom line through quality assortment, price, and content.
- Provide analysis and support for identifying and evaluating online opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in E- Commerce or Business Administration
- A minimum of 3 5 years of experience across product innovation, with channel E-Commerce experience.
- Retail industry experience is plus.
- Excellent team work skills and people agility with high level of collaboration.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
