Zaicor is a BTL marketing agency in Saudi Arabia specializing in retail activations, in-store marketing, POSM, and on-ground brand experiences. We are hiring a commercially driven profile focused on generating revenue through BTL solutions — not ATL, not digital, and not support roles.

The Role

This is a high-impact position for someone who can open doors, pitch effectively, and close business within FMCG and retail. 

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for BTL activations and retail campaigns

• Identify and convert commercial opportunities across FMCG and retail

• Lead client meetings and confidently present BTL solutions

• Build proposals that convert into signed business

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to closure

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in BTL marketing, activations, events

• Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue

• Existing network within FMCG brands or retailers in Saudi Arabia

• Ability to generate revenue within the first 1–2 months

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Minimum 7 years experience in a BTL marketing agencies role
