Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance / CPA or CMA certified.
- 10+ years in accounting / finance, preferably in facilities / property management.
Task Description:- Responsible for coordinating the planning, procurement and delivery team to confirm best value for money is achieved by DAB and Client requirements, with demonstrable cost savings.
- Responsible for Management and collection of financial data and information to estimate cost and contracted work proactively towards cost target objectives in collaboration with delivery teams and contractors and prepare budgets and necessary controls to control project expenses.
Contract Scope of works requirements:- Undertake whole life and life cycle cost assessment during early design stages across multiple projects.
- Undertake whole life and life cycle cost workshops, sensitivity analysis, cost benefit analysis, value engineering and benchmarking to compare alternative schemes or designs to achieve project sustainability and functionality targets.
- Write detailed whole life and life cycle cost reports with clear advice and recommendations.
- Be enthusiastic and have string client focus with positive and proactive attitude.
- Being prepared to learn and use digital analytical applications.
