Contract Commercial Manager - FM Service Provider - Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking an individual for one of our Dubai based clients, who is a top tier IFM solutions provider.

The Contract Commercial Manager leads the commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of bids, proposals, and contract management. The role ensures all contracts, RFP responses, and vendor agreements are compliant, competitive, and aligned with organizational goals. It involves contract governance, risk assessment, vendor negotiations, and managing long-term subcontractor agreements, requiring strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education, Skills and Experience Required:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal or any related discipline
• Experience in contract preparation, negotiation, administration, and management, preferably within the FM or related industries, along with demonstrated experience in a legal, compliance, or contract-law environment.
• Preferably holds the Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) credential or an equivalent certification from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
• Demonstrates knowledge of the FM Industry, including commercial, operational and service-level frameworks.
