Contracts Manager
Will be responsible for overseeing the development, negotiation, and management of contracts related to road construction and infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all contracts are executed efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The Contracts Manager will work closely with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to roads and infrastructure projects.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
- Identify potential risks associated with contracts and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the project adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all contract-related documentation is filed and archived in accordance with organizational policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in civil Engineering
- 15+ years experience as contracts Manager with Governmental Purchasing GTPL and FIDIC Contracts
