Job Description

Job Purpose

Manage the money owed to CCMC by customers, ensuring timely payments to maintain healthy cash flow. This includes creating and sending invoices, processing incoming payments, and following up on overdue accounts. The ultimate goal is to secure revenue by ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient collection of funds. To comply with all relevant regulations and other legal/obligations of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.

Key Accountabilities

Accounts Receivable Operations:

  • Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application and collections.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports and minimize overdue receivables.

Invoicing and billing:

  • Create and send accurate invoices to customers for goods or services, often including details like payment terms and due dates.

Collection Management:

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices through calls, emails, or letters to encourage timely payment.

Commercial Support:

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to provide financial guidance.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies, contract terms, and commercial proposals.
  • Support decision-making for new business initiatives and investments.

Financial Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Conduct account reconciliations and ensure variances are cleared timely.
  • Accrual accounting and management of customer contracts
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Regular update of Process Governance & process map in compliance with the internal controls.
  • Conduct quarterly testing of internal controls and ensure effective Control Environment.
  • Support in the preparation of Balance Sheet Reviews through communication with finance team and then presentation to management on a quarterly basis.
  • Generate financial reports, such as aging reports, to help management track payments and make informed decisions.

Compliance

  • Provide awareness to the people of all legal and regulatory requirements which compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).

Qualifications, Experience & skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Financial or related field
  • Strong accounting and manufacturing experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Good knowledge on ERPs (SAP).
  • Understanding of Saudi Laws & Regulations
  • 5+ years of experience

  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with laws and regulations governing financial practices.
