Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Architect to lead the technical-commercial positioning of our office and retail assets.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Architectural literacy
- Commercial strategy
- Tenant engagement
- Development coordination
You will act as the bridge between Design, Development, Leasing, and End Users ensuring that commercial conversations are grounded in technical credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales engagements with corporate tenants and investors, from initial prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
- Drive commercial negotiations including pricing, lease terms, fit-out contributions, incentives, and contract structuring to secure high-value agreements.
- Present and translate architectural drawings, floor plates, and technical specifications into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Advise clients on spatial efficiency, core-to-GFA ratios, leasing flexibility, and long-term occupancy optimization to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and development teams to ensure tenant requirements are technically feasible and commercially optimized.
- Lead build-to-suit discussions and fit-out feasibility negotiations, balancing client expectations with asset protection.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and competitive market positioning to maximize asset value.
- Ensure all commercial commitments are aligned with technical delivery capabilities, mitigating risk and safeguarding project integrity.
- Strengthen Infinity's market positioning through design-led, value-driven commercial storytelling that differentiates the asset from broker-led offerings.
Candidate Profile
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Exposure & Experience in:
- Commercial real estate
- Mixed-use developments
- Office towers
- Strong understanding of:
- Shell & core vs fitted spaces
- MEP readiness
- Floor efficiency
- Design coordination
- Ability to confidently engage with C-level corporate clients
Preferred:
- Experience in premium or landmark developments
- Exposure to development feasibility or asset strategy
- Commercial negotiation experience
