We are currently seeking a Commercial Director to lead the commercial function on a project in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic commercial leadership and governance across the project
- Lead contract administration, claims, variations, risk, and change management
- Act as trusted commercial advisor to the Client and Project Leadership
- Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team
Requirements
- 15+ years experience in commercial / cost management
- Proven track record on large or mega construction projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- MRICS is a plus
- Experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
