About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead and execute revenue-generating activities across our sports-tech ecosystem, including Grintafy, Sportify, and Pala.
This is a hands-on commercial execution role, focused on monetizing existing digital and offline assets through B2G, B2B, sponsorships, partnerships, and strategic events.
This role is not about creating new business ideas or strategies from scratch it's about turning assets into revenue, building pipelines, closing deals, and scaling commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute government (B2G) and enterprise (B2B) commercial engagements
Drive sponsorships, brand partnerships, and commercial collaborations
Own the commercial monetization of digital platforms, tournaments, events, and offline assets
Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline across public and private sectors
Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver deals end-to-end
Oversee negotiations, proposals, pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
Represent the company in high-level meetings with government entities, brands, federations, and institutions
Support and scale commercial operations across multiple business lines
Deliver against clear revenue targets and KPIs

Ideal Candidate Profile
812+ years of experience in commercial, business development, or revenue leadership roles
Strong experience in B2G and/or enterprise B2B environments
Proven background in sponsorships, partnerships, or large commercial deals
Comfortable operating across digital platforms, events, and offline assets
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and closing skills
Able to operate independently and execute at speed
Experience in sports, entertainment, technology, or large-scale platforms is a strong plus
Requirements
Based in Jeddah (this is not a remote role)
Strong commercial and financial understanding
Ability to manage multiple deal pipelines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
