Commercial Director – Major Landmark Development | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join a high-profile major development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute professional with experience delivering complex, large-scale projects for a recognised Tier 1 contractor. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial strategy, procurement activities, and package delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• 10–15 years experience within a commercial leadership role
• Previous experience working for a major, well-known main contractor
• Strong expertise across procurement and commercial package delivery
• Proven ability to manage complex packages from procurement through to completion
• Experience overseeing large-scale, high-value construction projects
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded commercial professional with a strong background across both pre-contract procurement and post-contract delivery. The immediate focus will be supporting pre-contract activities, with the role transitioning into full commercial management as the project progresses.
