This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Commercial Director. The Commercial Director will lead and oversee the company's commercial strategies and business planning. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, developing business plans, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the company meets its financial and growth objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market data, monitor performance, and guide strategic decisions
• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Commercial Management to develop and execute effective strategies
• Leadership and Team Management skills to inspire and drive multidisciplinary teams towards achieving goals
• Experience in Sales and business development with a focus on revenue optimization and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
