Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Commercial Director to lead the company's expansion and commercial success in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, with a proven ability to deliver growth in technology-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the commercial growth strategy for KSA, aligned with regional business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through enterprise client acquisition and key partnerships.
- Lead business development initiatives with retailers, logistics providers, and technology partners.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, customer success, and product to ensure strong delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team to support long-term growth.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1015 years of progressive experience in commercial or business leadership roles.
- Background in SaaS, eCommerce, digital platforms, or logistics technology.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales growth and partnerships within KSA or the wider GCC region.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking.
