Commercial Director

We are seeking a commercially driven Commercial Director to lead growth across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and expand my client's sales across the MEA market, focusing on key verticals within industrial cooling
• Deliver annual sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence and reputation across the region.

Requirements:

• Proven sales leadership experience within HVAC, cooling, energy, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across the MEA region.
