Commercial Director

Office location: Cairo (Hybrid), 3 days per week

Reports to: Director, Worldpanel Middle East & Egypt

What does success look like in this role

• Lead and develop the Commercial Team for our Egypt business. (Team of 9).
• Retain and grow business by building strong client relationships and delivering inspirational insights.
• Drive future growth by identifying strategic opportunities and championing our services.
• Manage annual revenue budgets, identify growth opportunities, and ensure targets are met.
• Foster a high-performance team culture, focusing on development, coaching, and career progression.

You will have the following experience:

• Demonstrated success in autonomously leading a commercial business unit.
• Excellent client-handling skills, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Proven experience in market research, preferably consumer panels.
• Outstanding data analysis skills or solid understanding of consumer data.
• Strong track record in team management, engagement, and development, especially in times of transformation.
