Your Role

As a Business Development Manager – Commercial Display, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Hikvision's Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD) and LED Display business in the Egyptian market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Market Development: Develop the Commercial Display business by identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing market insight reports and competitive analyses to support business strategy.
• Customer Management: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants, contractors, and end users. Develop targeted sales strategies based on customer segmentation and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Product Promotion: Promote Hikvision's Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD) and LED Display products and solutions through customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions. Increase product awareness, expand market coverage, and secure product approvals from consultants and project stakeholders.
• Project Management: Identify and develop project opportunities, manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification through project award, and work closely with internal teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to maximize business performance and deliver excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in Commercial Displays, Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD), LED Displays, Professional AV (Audio Visual), or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD) and/or LED Display products, technologies, and solutions.
• An established network of customers, distributors, consultants, contractors, or system integrators within the Commercial Display industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to independently develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
