Commercial Engineer

Pinnacle Construction Projects is looking for a Commercial Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial reports.

* Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

* Review contracts, variations, claims, and payment applications.

* Monitor project costs and support cost control activities.

* Evaluate subcontractor and supplier commercial offers.

* Coordinate with Technical Office, Procurement, and Project Management teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

* Support commercial negotiations and final account settlements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

* 4–7 years of experience in Commercial Engineering.

* Previous experience in commercial and/or residential fit-out projects is a must.

* Strong knowledge of BOQs, Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, Contracts, Variations, and Commercial Management.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.

* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Only candidates with relevant Commercial Engineering experience in Fit-Out projects will be considered.
