Position: Senior Commercial Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service activities for the Commercial Department
- Prepare and maintain commercial reports, excel reports and performance reports
- Coordinate with customers and provide timely updates on shipments and commercial activities
- Manage operations related to Roll-on/Roll-off carriers
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and shipping agencies to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address queries efficiently
- Prepare documentation and support the commercial team in day-to-day activities
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting using Microsoft Excel

Required Skills & Qualification
- 4–7 years of experience in the Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Shipping Agency industry
- Hands-on experience in carrier operations and customer coordination
- Strong knowledge of commercial operations within the logistics sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
