Ecolab is seeking a talented professional for the role of Commercial Finance Analyst. In this role, you will evaluate commercial deals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies. What You Will Do:
- Evaluate commercial deals and offers to ensure alignment with financial objectives and compliance standards. Provide recommendations to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, scenario planning, and variance analysis. Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles with accurate and timely insights.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, monitor price realization, and support price increase initiatives. Act as a pricing and mix champion to drive margin improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contract negotiations, customer profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. Translate complex data into actionable insights using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
- Identify and implement process improvements across rebate management, contract pricing, and financial controls. Maintain SOPs and ensure internal control compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree: Big 4 experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Partnering.
- Strong command in Excel and proficiency in financial analysis.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Effective cross-functional communication with the ability to influence.

- Commercially savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
