Commercial Insights Specialist

Role Overview:

Responsible for analyzing business and merchant performance across payment channels and transforming data into actionable insights that support commercial and product teams. The role focuses on building dashboards, monitoring key KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying trends that drive merchant growth, product adoption, and overall business performance

What you will do:

Analyze commercial performance including merchant activity, and product adoption across payment channels.

Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key business KPIs.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating data sources and collaborating with the data engineering team to maintain reliable datasets.

Work closely with commercial, product, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical reports and insights.

Monitor merchant and gateway performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities or risks.

Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting to enable data-driven decision making.

If you are with:

02 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or commercial insights.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Good knowledge in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Experience working with dashboards, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Python or any programming language is a plus.
