Atheer Connectivity is a Saudi deep-tech startup pioneering last-mile wireless connectivity through advanced mmWave technology. As part of our rapidly growing team in Riyadh, you will work closely with company leadership on impactful projects that drive our commercial strategy and operations.
In this role, you will support the commercial department by contributing to technical and financial offers, assisting with commercial tasks, and gaining hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals for clients and tenders
- Support the creation and management of pricing and quotation documents
- Contribute to B2B sales initiatives and client communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for commercial offers
- Help maintain and update commercial records and documentation
- Engage with internal stakeholders to support ongoing commercial projects
- Supporting product management and development activities, including carrying out market research, executing competitive analysis, and organizing go-to-market strategies
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Competency-based skills including but not limited to strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making, excellent communication abilities both verbal and written to effectively convey information, proficient multitasking capabilities to manage multiple assignments efficiently, advanced proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, a solid foundational understanding of financial principles to support budgeting and fiscal analysis, and robust research skills to gather, analyze, and synthesize relevant data and information

Preferred Qualifications:
- Working-level proficiency with relevant tools and software
- Working-level proficiency in Excel for financial modeling
- Domain knowledge in telecommunications and mmWave connectivity
- Currently in the last year of a degree program related to telecommunications or connectivity
- Experience creating commercial proposals and offers (technical and financial)
- Experience with tender and RFP processes
- Domain knowledge in pricing and quotations
- Domain knowledge in B2B sales
- Acceptable language proficiency for professional communication
