Role Description The Commercial Kitchen Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of commercial kitchen projects, including planning, design coordination, procurement, installation, and commissioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensuring that all technical specifications and compliance requirements are met. The Project Manager monitors construction progress, resolves site issues, prepares project documentation, and reports on milestones and risks. The role also involves reviewing drawings, supervising subcontractors, ensuring health and safety standards, and driving project completion to meet quality and performance expectations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret project data, evaluate technical options, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess budgeting and finance skills to develop cost estimates, manage project budgets, and monitor financial performance.
• Candidates should possess contract management skills to review agreements, monitor obligations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Relevant experience in project management for commercial kitchens, hospitality, or construction environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with CAD drawings and technical specifications is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in the UAE and GCC is beneficial.
