Commercial Kitchen Technician

The company specializes in offering technical services to businesses such as restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, hospitals, and schools. During the 2022 FIFA World Cup, MPC gained recognition for its expertise in managing and maintaining kitchen facilities at stadiums and within the hospitality sector. MPC is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of commercial kitchens across Qatar.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Kitchen Technician based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring all equipment is operating at peak efficiency. The technician will also provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, documenting maintenance tasks, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.

• Experience in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Dishwashing processes to better understand and service kitchen equipment
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Customer Satisfaction focus to ensure reliable and high-quality service delivery
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in commercial kitchen equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in kitchen equipment maintenance
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• High school diploma or technical training in relevant fields is preferred
