In this vital technical role, you will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy-duty catering and kitchen equipment, minimizing downtime and providing reliable solutions that keep Kuwait's top F&B operations operating at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repairs on a wide variety of commercial kitchen equipment across client sites in Kuwait.
• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial refrigeration units, including chillers and freezers.
• Repair and calibrate heavy-duty commercial ovens, ranges, and related cooking equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with commercial coffee machines and specialized beverage equipment.
• Apply practical technical expertise on-site to extend equipment lifespan and ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently.

Applicant Requirements

• Experience: Proven practical experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair.
• Specialized Knowledge: Direct, hands-on experience working with refrigerators and chillers, commercial ovens, coffee machines, and other heavy-duty kitchen equipment.
• Age Requirement: Candidates under 45 years of age are preferred.
• Mobility: A valid Kuwaiti Driving License is preferred to facilitate field service visits to client locations.
