Main Role:
Business Loop is seeking a Commercial Leasing Specialist to lead leasing activities across its commercial and administrative properties.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Leasing Specialist Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing leasing agreements for retail and commercial units in line with approved leasing strategies and occupancy targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure retail brands and businesses for commercial and administrative spaces.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, franchise operators, and brokerage firms.
- Manage the full leasing cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and contract signing.
- Develop and maintain a tenant mix strategy aligned with each property's positioning and target audience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial lease agreements to ensure optimal value for the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support leasing operations and tenant onboarding.
- Maintain accurate leasing reports and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial or retail leasing.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and negotiation processes.
- Existing network of retail brands, tenants, or leasing brokers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and market awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
