Commercial Litigation / International Arbitration Associates — Dubai

A fast‑growing disputes boutique is seeking multiple Associates (NQ–Senior Associate) to join its Dubai office, supporting a high‑profile international practice spanning Commercial Litigation (80%) and International Arbitration (20%).

The Practice

A lean, high‑performing team led by a recognised disputes partner, acting on complex cross‑border matters for sovereigns, state entities, and multinational corporates. The partner is currently operating at full capacity and is expanding the team to unlock new mandates at associate and senior associate level.

Role Requirements

DIFC Courts experience is essential — ability to run or support DIFC litigation files confidently.
Strong grounding in commercial disputes; arbitration exposure beneficial but not essential.
Common law qualification required.
Must be Dubai‑based or willing to relocate.
