The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Prepare and administer contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, and provide contractual advice throughout project delivery.
- Measure, value, and manage variations, ensuring compliance with contract terms and agreement with contractors.
- Oversee cost control processes, identify cost impacts, and ensure accurate financial reporting during the contract period.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly post-contract cost reports and provide strategic cost advice to clients.
- Evaluate and manage contractor and subcontractor claims for delays, variations, and additional costs.
- Advise on practical completion, defects liability, final completion certifications, and negotiate final accounts.
- Lead, manage, and develop teams through performance management, coaching, technical guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and influence senior stakeholder relationships while supporting sustainable delivery and net zero carbon transition objectives.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).
