Job Description

Commercial Manager Role

You will oversee all business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals. You'll manage local staff and agents, while establishing and supervising divisions across HR, retail, accounting, marketing, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the local team (hiring, training, performance).
  • Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition through new opportunities, partnerships, and marketing.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee accurate and timely accounting, sales, and collections.
  • Maintain company standards in marketing and customer service.
  • Prepare budgets, cash flow analyses, and manage P&L.
  • Conduct market studies and competitor reviews, producing regular reports.
  • Support hiring across local divisions (HR, marketing, accounting, retail, IT).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in gaming or related industry.
  • Track record of team leadership and business growth in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Adaptability in dynamic, challenging settings.
