Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, developing commercial strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets. The role focuses on expanding the company's insurance portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating with insurers, and delivering exceptional service to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to achieve revenue growth and profitability objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and SME market segments.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, insurers, and business partners.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of insurance proposals, tenders, and client pitches.
• Negotiate policy terms, coverage, pricing, and service agreements with insurers and underwriters.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging risks to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Review client insurance programs and recommend risk management and insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
• Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Manage and oversee tender submissions, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve commercial processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional insurance qualifications (CII, ACII, Dip CII, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in insurance brokerage or insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate insurance products
