About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established provider of industrial packaging and automation solutions with a strong presence across the GCC.
As part of its long-term succession planning strategy, the business is seeking a Commercial Manager who will play a key role in driving commercial growth while preparing for a future transition into General Management.
This opportunity is suited to an ambitious commercial leader looking to take the next step beyond sales leadership and gain exposure across all aspects of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial growth strategies across the UAE and GCC region
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Lead key customer relationships and commercial negotiations
- Manage and mentor sales teams
- Support business planning and operational decision-making
- Work closely with leadership across sales, operations, finance and logistics
- Contribute to the company's long-term growth and succession plans
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, commercial management or business development
- Experience within packaging, industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing or related sectors
- Demonstrated leadership experience with teams and commercial operations
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic mindset
- GCC market experience is highly preferred
- Professional fluency in English and Hindi is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
