Reporting into senior leadership, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activity across the full construction lifecycle. This is a hands-on role requiring close collaboration with project and contracting teams on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects of projects from inception through to completion
- Cost control, contract administration, variations, and claims management
- Work closely with contractors and project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met
- Lead negotiations with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Provide commercial reporting and oversight to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction commercial management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience managing cost, variations, and claims across the full project lifecycle
- UAE construction experience preferred
- Strong planning and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
