About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations and drive profitable business growth. The successful candidate will oversee commercial strategy, contract negotiations, pricing, budgeting, and client relationships while ensuring projects achieve financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.

Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and cost analyses.

Monitor project profitability and financial performance.

Review contracts and identify commercial risks.

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Legal teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.

Prepare commercial reports and forecasts for senior management.

Identify business growth opportunities and improve revenue generation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in commercial management or contract management.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, pricing strategies, and contract administration.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Ability to manage multiple commercial projects.

Saudi Nationality is required.
