A global beauty and personal care brand is looking for a Commercial Manager to help strengthen its regional performance through strong analytics, pricing support and merchandising planning. This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, understands commercial levers and wants to contribute to how products land and perform across multiple markets.
What you'll be involved in:
Analysing sales trends, pricing, margins and category performance
Supporting assortment planning and helping assess which products should be prioritised, adjusted or phased out
Preparing commercial cases for new product launches
Contributing to pricing recommendations across wholesale and RRP structures
Reviewing partner and market performance to identify gaps and opportunities
Assisting with trading calendars, forecasts and promotional plans
Helping optimise stock to improve sell-through and reduce inefficiencies
Preparing core commercial documents such as seasonal summaries, reports and order forms
Coordinating with an Assistant Commercial Manager and providing day-to-day guidance
What helps someone thrive here:
Strong analytical approach and confidence working with data
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
Background in merchandising, commercial planning, category management or similar roles
Clear communication skills and the ability to present insights in a practical way
Comfort working across different teams and managing multiple priorities
