Job Description

JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and driven Commercial Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully while adhering to project budgets and timelines. You will lead activities such as contract negotiation, financial analysis, and risk management, all while fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and applicable regulations
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients and partner organizations to secure favorable terms and conditions
  • Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance
  • Conduct risk assessments related to financial transactions and contract obligations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met, facilitating effective communication and coordination
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact for all commercial matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial management or a similar role, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors
  • Strong knowledge of contract management processes and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and strategic mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
