We are partnering with a reputable construction contracting company in Dubai undergoing a significant period of growth and expansion. As part of this development, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and quantity surveying function across major high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial and quantity surveying teams
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, and contract administration
• Manage claims, variations, and commercial risk
• Support tender pricing, procurement, and cost planning
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial standards
• Provide regular commercial reporting to senior leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 710 years commercial experience with reputable UAE contractors
• Strong contractual and claims management experience
• Strong experience on large high-rise building projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• MRICS / FRICS preferred
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Currently based in the UAE

Candidates without UAE contracting experience will not be considered.
