Commercial Manager / Lead Quantity Surveyor - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We're hiring an experienced Commercial Manager / Lead Quantity Surveyor to own commercial and QS activities across the full project lifecycle—from tendering and estimation through to delivery and final account.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with 8–12 years QS/commercial experience, strong pre- and post-contract capability, solid FIDIC knowledge, and proven team leadership. You'll be driving commercial performance, managing risk, supporting client negotiations, and leading a team of 5 QSs in a fast-paced delivery environment.

What you'll do

· Lead tenders, estimates, BOQs, and commercial submissions

· Manage cost control, variations, claims, and contracts

· Drive commercial reporting, forecasting, and risk management

· Lead and develop a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors

· Support client negotiations and final accounts

· Partner with project, procurement, finance, and operations teams

What we're looking for

· 8–12 years experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management

· Strong pre- and post-contract background

· Experience leading QS teams

· Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts

· Experience in construction / fit-out / modular / events is a plus

· KSA experience preferred
