Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Welding / Production Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or technical roles, including leadership experience.
Strong background in contract management, sales, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
Experience in pricing strategies, market analysis, and commercial planning.
Knowledge of international standards such as American Welding Society (AWS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
Strong knowledge of welding inspection and welding defects.
Experience in major projects (Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Construction).
Proficient in ERP systems and reporting.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute commercial strategy.
Lead Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
Manage supplier negotiations and approve purchase orders.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients.
Provide technical support before and after sales.
Expand market share and open new markets.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Finance.
Report performance to top management.
