Binayah Properties is expanding and launching its fourth team focused on the commercial real estate market (Shops-warehouses-retail-offices). We are seeking a strategic Commercial Manager to lead and grow this high-performing division.
This role is focused on building revenue, strengthening team performance, and expanding our commercial market presence. We are looking for someone who understands the commercial real estate landscape deeply and knows how to turn strategy into measurable income growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of commercially focused agents
- Develop and implement strategies to increase commercial revenue and market share
- Identify and unlock new income streams within the commercial real estate sector
- Provide structured training, mentorship, and team follow-up
- Apply deep commercial market knowledge to maximize deal value and position the company competitively
- Report to senior management with revenue growth plans and performance insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and leading a commercial real estate team
- Strong leadership, team-building, and performance management skills
- Deep knowledge of Dubai's commercial property market and real estate dynamics
- Hands-on experience in commercial real estate transactions and revenue generation
- Strategic mindset with ability to drive business growth and implement structured processes
- Ability to establish accountability, build high-performing teams, and maintain operational excellence
