Integra Global Services FZCO, based in Dubai, is a fully owned subsidiary of Integra Software Services Pvt Ltd, established to strengthen Integra's presence and client support across the UAE and the wider Middle East.

Purpose: Manage commercial administration, customer servicing, vendor/freelancer management, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shared-service operations.
  • Coordinate regional business development.
  • Prepare budgets, Board papers, and KPI reports.
  • Coordinate treasury and banking activities.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance with support from the Nominee Director.
  • Support the Executive Director in implementing Board decisions.
  • Manage cross-company service agreements.
  • Contract administration.
  • Proposal and quotation management.
  • Vendor/freelancer management.
  • Delivery coordination.
  • Customer invoicing support.
  • Operational reporting.
  • Funds Planning & Cashflow Projections,
  • Payments(A/P) and Receipts(A/R) co-ordination, execution and followups
  • Audit co- ordination
  • MIS Reporting/Publishing

Experience: 3 plus years in commercial operations, BPO, or project coordination.

Salary: 2.00 to 2.25K AED

Qualification: CA Inter, MBA with Accounting in similar roles
