job Description
- Develop and execute partnership plans aligned with the company's real estate development objectives, focusing on scalable and high-impact collaborations
- Identify and originate new partnership opportunities across the residential sector through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Build and manage strong relationships with investors, landowners, developers, and capital partners
- Lead the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing and due diligence to negotiation, execution, and ongoing relationship management
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that unlock new development opportunities and maximize investment returns
- Lead partnership execution from initial engagement through to project delivery in coordination with internal teams
- Collaborate with Development, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to launch projects that align with market needs
- Monitor partnership and project performance, including sales, revenue, timelines, and operational KPIs, with regular reporting to senior management
- Represent the company externally, building strong industry relationships and positioning the company as a preferred development partner
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate, business development, or commercial partnerships
- Strong understanding of real estate development cycles, investment structures, and partnership models
- Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing real estate deals or partnerships
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to structure complex agreements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Strong network within the real estate market is a plus
