Job Description

The Commercial Project Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity and growth of the company's B2B commercial operations. This role combines business development acumen with structured project management execution, acting as the main commercial liaison for partners while leading aggregation projects end-to-end. The role is essential to maintaining momentum across ongoing deals and partner communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial & B2B Management
  • Manage and grow existing B2B partner relationships to ensure continuity, performance, and revenue growth.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close new B2B deals aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for external partners, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner commitments and commercial deliverables are met.
  • Aggregation Projects
  • Lead the full lifecycle of aggregation projects, from planning and onboarding to execution and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial agreements and operational execution.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  • Project & Performance Management
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs, B2B deal performance, and commercial outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities across partnerships and projects.
  • Prepare regular performance updates and insights for management.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing, tech, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of B2B initiatives.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to commercial project workflows and partner management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B business (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in Business Development and Project Management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple partners, deals, or commercial projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to balance growth objectives and structured execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in managing diverse external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and translate insights into actions.
  • High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
