Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and property owners to introduce commercial real estate services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for brokers or acquisition managers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM software.
Research and identify new property or client opportunities.
Provide daily updates and reports on outreach activities and results.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate cold calling or lead generation preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Podio, or similar) is a plus.
